What we repair
E-bikes, e-scooters, electric wheelchairs, and mobility scooters. Walk in Monday to Friday between 10 and 7, Saturday between 11 and 6. You don't need an appointment.

Mid-drive and hub, every brand. Most of what comes in is brakes, tires, a controller, or a pack that stopped holding charge.

What we don't do
We don't rebuild battery packs. We dropped it for liability and we're not picking it back up. We will test your pack, tell you what's actually wrong with it, and replace it if that's what it needs.
What we charge
Posted
Labor$80–130 per hour
Depends on the work. Routine jobs sit at the bottom of that range; diagnostics, wiring and anything that needs the machine stripped sit higher. We tell you which before we start.
Shop minimum$80 per job
One hour of labor is the floor on any job.
Evaluation$80 flat
Covers the first hour. If we fix it inside that hour, the evaluation fee is the labor charge. You don't pay it twice.

How long
Four benches, near capacity. New projects are running about 3 weeks out. Quick jobs like a flat, a brake bleed or a diagnostic we still do the day you bring it in whenever we can.

These are the things we commit to on every job, and all of them are checkable at the counter.
The price comes first
We diagnose, we call you with a number, and only then do we do the work. If it changes, you hear about it before it changes, not on the invoice.
We'll tell you when it isn't worth it
Some machines cost more to fix than to replace. We tell you that on the phone.
We don't rebuild battery packs
We test packs and replace them, but we don't rebuild them.
Watch it happen
Check in online from home or from the parking lot, then follow your repair from checked in to ready for pickup. You don't have to ring up and ask whether it's done.

How busy we are
Four benches, and a queue that keeps all four of them full. Big projects run about three weeks out; flats, brake bleeds and diagnostics we still turn around the same day whenever we can. Mobility equipment goes to the front.
