We'll come to you
Loading a mobility scooter into a car is most of the problem. If it can't be moved, we service it on site — call and describe the fault first.
Three-wheel or four, a mobility scooter is how someone gets to the shops and to appointments — so it gets the same treatment as any mobility equipment here. It moves ahead of the queue, we'll come to you if it can't be loaded, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing before you go to the trouble.

Bench projects run about 3 weeks out. Mobility equipment does not wait behind them. Losing your scooter is losing your independence, and we treat it that way.
Some older scooters cost more to fix than to replace. We'd rather say so on the phone than after you've paid for an evaluation.

And others — mobility scooter electronics have a lot in common across badges. Call with the model and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
Yes. If the scooter can't be loaded into a vehicle, we service it on site. Call (408) 271-9111 and describe what it's doing — we'll tell you whether it's a house call or a bench job.
We work with Global Repair Group — if your repair is covered through them, we can handle it that way. We aren't set up with other insurers yet, so with those you'd pay us at the counter and claim the money back yourself. Ask for an itemised invoice and we'll make sure it has what your insurer needs on it.
Mobility equipment moves ahead of our normal queue, which runs about 3 weeks. Battery swaps and simple faults are often same-day. Ask about a loaner if it's staying.
Yes. Most mobility scooters run a sealed pair rather than a lithium pack, and that's a straight replacement. We test before replacing, so you're not buying batteries to fix a charger fault.
Sometimes not, and we'll say so. Tell us the model and the fault on the phone and we'll give you an honest read before you spend anything.
Evaluation is $80 and covers the first hour. Labor after that is $80–$130 an hour depending on the work, with an $80 shop minimum. Parts are extra and priced before we start.
