E-bike repair in San Jose

Mid-drive or hub, cargo bike or commuter, whatever badge is on the downtube. Most of what rolls through the door is brakes, a flat, a controller, or a pack that stopped holding charge — and most of it we can price before you leave.

Every brand, including the ones nobody else will touch

Direct-to-consumer bikes with no local dealer are most of our work. If you bought it online and the seller has gone quiet, that's normal here.

We diagnose before we quote

The $80 evaluation covers the first hour. If the fix lands inside that hour, the evaluation fee IS the labor charge — you don't pay it twice.

Parts on dealer accounts

Controllers, packs, displays, motors. If it isn't on the shelf we order it on an account, not from whichever marketplace listing looks closest.

Questions we get

Do you work on bikes I bought online?

Yes, and it's most of what we do. A bike with no local dealer still needs brakes and tires like any other.

Can you rebuild my battery pack?

No. We dropped pack rebuilding for liability reasons. We test packs, tell you what's actually wrong, and replace them when that's the answer.

How much is a flat?

Tire jobs last quarter typically ran $70–$90 in labor depending on whether the motor has to come out, plus the tire or tube. Those are what jobs actually ran, not a posted price — we confirm yours after we look at it.

How long will it take?

Bigger projects are running about 3 weeks out — four benches, near capacity. Flats, brake bleeds and diagnostics we still turn around the same day whenever we can.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Open 10:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 6:00pm Saturday, walk in. No appointment needed.
