How it works
- Check in online before you come, or from the parking lot.
- Walk in Monday to Friday between 10 and 7, or Saturday between 11 and 6. You don't need an appointment.
- Evaluation is $80 and covers the first hour of work.
- We price the job before we start it, and call you if it changes.
- Track it from checked in to ready for pickup.

Questions we get
How much is a flat?
Tire jobs last quarter typically ran $70–$90 in labor, depending on whether the motor has to come out, plus the tire or tube itself. Those are medians from real jobs rather than a posted price — we confirm yours once we've looked.
Do you work on scooters you didn't sell?
Yes, every brand. Being a NAVEE dealer means we have accounts and know the platform well; it doesn't mean we only touch NAVEE.
Can you rebuild my battery pack?
No. We dropped pack rebuilding for liability reasons and we're not going back. We test packs, tell you what's actually wrong, and replace them when that's the answer.
My scooter is fast. Will you still work on it?
Yes. High-power dual-motor scooters are a normal day here — Kaabo, Dualtron and the NAVEE UT5 line all come through the bench.
How long will it take?
Bigger projects are running about 3 weeks out — four benches, near capacity. Flats, brake bleeds and diagnostics we still turn around the same day whenever we can.
