It's set up before you ride it
Assembled, torqued, brakes bedded, tyres to pressure, firmware checked. A box on your doorstep is none of those things, and the first ride is the one where it matters most.
You can buy a NAVEE online for the same money. What you can't buy online is somewhere to take it — so the case for buying it here is everything that happens after the sale.
NAVEE · #1 dealer in the Bay Area
Assembled, torqued, brakes bedded, tyres to pressure, firmware checked. A box on your doorstep is none of those things, and the first ride is the one where it matters most.
We stock and order genuine NAVEE parts — motors, packs, dashboards, controllers, levers. Not a marketplace listing that looks about right and turns out not to be.
Four benches in the same building, open 10:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 6:00pm Saturday. No shipping it back to a warehouse and waiting three weeks to hear.

Buying a scooter from a website means shipping it back to a website when it breaks. Every machine below is sold and serviced by the same four benches, in the same building, by the people who took one apart to learn it.
The scooters we can quote NAVEE's own verified numbers for. Range figures are NAVEE's, measured at 9–9.3 mph — treat them as a comparison between models rather than a promise about your commute.
| Model | Top speed | Motor | Max range | Climb | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| UT5 Ultra X Electric Scooter | 43 mph | 1200W × 2 rated / 2400W × 2 peak | 74.6 mi | 46% | $2,499.99 |
| NT5 Ultra X | 40 mph | 1200W × 2 | 55.9 mi | 45% | $1,999.99 |
| UT5 Max Electric Scooter | 31 mph | 2400W | 62.1 mi | 39% | $1,799.99 |
| NT5 Max Electric Scooter | 31 mph | 1900W | 51.6 mi | 32% | $1,399.99 |
| XT5 Pro Electric Scooter | 31 mph | 2200W | 46.6 mi | 32% | $1,499.99 |
A UT5 Ultra X is over 100 lb boxed with a 1284Wh battery — that's a freight shipment carrying a regulated lithium pack. Collected in person, none of that is your problem.
NAVEE publishes a 24-month limited warranty covering most parts, including the motor, hub and frame. Buying from a dealer means there's a local address in that chain rather than a support ticket — bring it to us and we'll tell you where you stand before you spend anything.
We keep NAVEE wear parts on the shelf and order the rest on the account. You can see exactly what's inside a UT5 Ultra X — and what each piece costs — in the 3D teardown on the homepage. Nobody else shows you that.
Usually it's the same price. What differs is what happens afterwards: assembly, somewhere local to take it, and parts on a dealer account instead of a support queue.
Yes. Being a dealer means we have the parts and know the platform — it doesn't mean we only touch the ones we sold.
Yes, that's rather the point. We're at 1181 North 4th Street, Suite 10, San Jose, CA 95112, open 10:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 6:00pm Saturday, no appointment. Call (408) 271-9111 first if you want to be sure a specific model is on the floor.
Collection in person is how we do it — the machine gets set up and handed over properly, and you skip freight on a heavy vehicle with a regulated battery in it.
Same building, four benches, open six days a week. Evaluation is $80 and covers the first hour; labour after that is $80–$130 an hour depending on the job.
